Partner Links
While Christian Vocations is well established and used throughout the Christian charity sector we are keen to similarly encourage Christians in the workplace. Christian led companies should therefore be excellent examples of where such people can and do serve. If you are from such a company, we would be delighted if you could see our charity as a service partner for your work. (See note 1.)
Good Models
We would like to feature companies who model good ethical and working practices and can be examples in the business world. Our hope would be that this would not only provide a list of effective businesses others might want to use, but perhaps links for suitably experienced and skilled people who might want to work in such areas of business as IT, Finance, Construction, Media, Marketing, etc. (examples)
[Christian Vocations does not wish to imply in any way that Christian companies should only employ Christians. We are not wishing to establish Christian ‘ghettos’, and are opposed to any wrongful discrimination. It is our hope that Christian employers will set high standards, and appoint appropriately qualified people to any position within their company.]
Company Profile and Banner Advert
To do this we are offering an initial free listing and profile of such companies on our site, with the potential for further individual featured profiles. An additional banner advert can be used to link people to these profiles and then your own web site. Follow the link for further details.

note 1.
We would define ‘Christians in Business’ as a company or practice where the senior executive / partner or majority of directors are Christian and can agree with the EA statement of faith, and is seeking to operate their business in a manner honouring to God.
[In offering this service to such ‘Christian led’ businesses, we also confirm our commitment against discrimination in the work place, and refer employers to the European Equal Treatment Directive (565) relating to positions where faith is an ‘occupational requirement’.]
